The customer acknowledges that Fairhaven Homes can refuse certain items that are added to the VIP Upgrade promotion. The customer acknowledges that the price of this promotion must be $999 to obtain a stylish flooring upgrade and to receive a comparable spend of $10,000 at myHAVEN selection Studio. On signing of a PET, Preliminary Estimate a $1,500 to $3000 deposit will be required to be paid.

Promotion is for a limited time only and may end at the sole discretion of Fairhaven Homes Pty Ltd,although may be similarly extended or continued.

SIMPLICITY – $3K RENT BUSTER

Our Simplicity promotion (“Promotion”) is only offered to Eligible Customers who obtain finance through Vanguard Finance and enter into a building contract with Fairhaven Homes to build a home on a vacant block of land.

This Promotion cannot be offered in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

This is a stand-alone Promotion. 

Terms and Conditions:

  1. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions.
  2. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be an Australian citizen/resident, be 18 years or older, qualify for a home loan with Vanguard Finance and enter a Building Contract with Fairhaven Homes which must proceed through to completion.[1]
  3. How do we streamline the process of buying a home to be simple and straight-forward for first-time buyers?
  4. First you must qualify to receive the $10,000 First Home Owners Grant (“FHOG”).[2] Then we make it simple and straight-forward by providing the following:
  • A personalised savings plan
  • A minimum deposit of $3,000 payable when you enter into a building contract with Fairhaven Homes on selected housing estates.
  1. Obtaining a loan is dependant on your eligibility.    
  2. This Promotion is only available on certain land estates and products.
  3. The home must be constructed in a locality approved by Fairhaven Homes within the Melbourne Metropolitan area.
  4. The Promotion is for a limited time only and may end at the sole discretion of Fairhaven Homes, although may be similarly extended or continued.
  5. You should check our website regularly for any changes that apply from the date they are uploaded.

[1] Completion is when the Certificate of Occupancy has issued, the full building costs have been paid and you take the keys to your new home. 

[2] The FHOG forms part of the Promotion and is a separate government incentive that is subject to your eligibility.

What you need to Pay:

  1. To reserve a place in the Promotion, Eligible Customers need to pay a deposit of $3,000 and submit Initial Paperwork[1] to Fairhaven Homes Head Office by the 1/11/2019 No extensions are available.
  2. Upon entering into a Building Contract, the Eligible Customer is required to pay the balance of monies to build their home in instalments at each stage of the construction phase outlined in the Building Contract.
  3. If the Customer is unable to obtain finance approval from Vanguard Finance, the Customer will be reimbursed the deposit of $3,000 less $300 to cover the administration costs of Fairhaven Homes and Vanguard Finance.

Restrictions on Eligible Customers

  1. Employees of Fairhaven Homes and their immediate families may not enter the Promotion, neither may any employees or immediate family members of any third party sponsors, third party companies associated with Fairhaven Homes, prize providers or agencies assisting with the promotion operation.
  2. Eligible Customers must enter the Promotion using their full legal name. We reserve the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer who uses multiple names or any false names and to require them to return to the Promoter any benefits they have received. 
  3. Unless otherwise permitted by the Terms and Conditions, no person may enter the Promotion more than once and persons may not enter or participate as part of a syndicate or on behalf of any other person, syndicate, group, society or company.

Publicity & Personal Information

  1. Any personal data relating to Eligible Customers will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Fairhaven Homes and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of Fairhaven Homes and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the use of your personal data by Fairhaven Homes and/or any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion for the purposes of administration of the Promotion (including publishing your full name and county and/or disclosing it to third parties on request if you are eligible) and any other purposes to which you have consented. TITLED & UNTITLED LAND OFFER

Conditional upon an ACC (Site start) within 120 days of sales acceptance. If the job is delayed by no fault of Fairhaven Homes – Fairhaven Homes reserves the right to retract the titled land discount. Titled land discount can only be offered on land that is titled within 30 days of signing. If land is titles are delayed or NOT titled within 30 days, Fairhaven Homes reserves the right to retract the titled land discount from the home purchase. If site start is delayed by customers finance, Fairhaven homes reserves the right to remove the titled land discount. Fairhaven Homes reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
Limited titled land discounts available – Offer is subject to availability of site starts – Offer can be withdrawn without warning. Offer not secured until file is sales accepted by Fairhaven Homes.

NEW DESIGN – RELEASE BONUS

Disclaimer – can only be used with Step Up Upgrade promotion, it CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other promotion. 15 of each of the promotional houses will be offered.

Fairhaven reserves the right to stop this promotion when they see fit or have sold the number of 50. To reserve this release price, the customer needs to sign and then pay a $1500 deposit, the file needs to be submitted and accepted by the 30/06/2019, no extensions.

Disclaimer – Based on a purchase price of $399,900, with a 20% deposit, first home owners grant of $10k and no stamp duty for first home buyers, the loan amount at 80% LVR would be $319,920. Based off a 3.64%, 80% LVR Monthly repayments are $1,462 or $337.38 per week.
