Returning for its fifth season, Buy to Build episode five aired on the Channel 10 Network in late September with host Walt Collins.

One of our shining stars in the Bridgewater range, the Tathra 350, is featured in this episode with young couple Leah and Tim. The pair were looking to cement their relationship with a house and land package.

“Sign me up” Leah exclaimed when she heard Walt explain the Tathra 350 has the timeless class of Hamptons style.

The stunning Holbrook façade must be seen to be believed. “It’s beautiful, I love it” Leah remarked. Featuring a combination of light colours and textures, as cladding wraps each level in a light grey finish, met with a textured light white brick.

Designed with five Bedrooms, a spacious Family, open plan Kitchen/Meals area and Theatre on the Ground Floor, each complimented by a large upstairs Rumpus providing a second living space.
